A few years ago I decided to get in shape. At the time I had never had any experience in the gym so I felt it would be necessary to utilize the expertise of a personal trainer. Chris Slate is the fourth trainer I’ve had in two years and my favorite. His training style is effective and his personality is enjoyable. I like working out with him and I saw immediate results on his program. A previous trainer was experimental with our workouts which got to be annoying. Chris keeps it simple and understandable. It’s a tough, effective workout and Chris is a motivating presence throughout. I like that he changes the program enough to keep me guessing but not too much that I don’t understand what we’re trying to accomplish. I would highly recommend Chris Slate.
